Relevance of the Nordic Model for African Development

This UNU-WIDER paper asks and then answers the question of whether post-conflict countries in Africa can learn any lessons from other economies that have successfully emerged and flourished. This paper looks primarily at lessons to be learned from the Nordic countries thriving economies and how they used their natural resource wealth to their benefit.
